As HIV activists* we are trying to find out if people living with HIV and TB are experiencing any challenges in collecting medicines or getting healthcare and support at the clinic because of COVID-19. We also want to hear about your experiences during the COVID-19 epidemic.

If you are living with HIV, please take 10 minutes to help by answering the following questions so we can understand the situation across the country.

You will not be required to give your name and all responses will be anonymous.

Answers will be collated and shared with the Department of Health to push them to improve HIV and TB services during this time.

Thank you for your time.
Stay home, stay safe.

* We are HIV activists from the National Association of People Living with HIV (NAPWA), Positive Action Campaign, Positive Women’s Network, the South African Network of Religious Leaders Living with or Personally Affected by HIV and AIDS (SANERELA+), and the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC). https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc3Tvtpl9EG99h0SY8864UGMBIod2KMPaYF3sbKlwPV_Yr6og/viewform
