INFO_EXPO 2018
INFORMATION BROUGHT TO THE YOUTH

What is INFO_EXPO?

Info-Expo is an expo aimed to empower the youth from disadvantaged backgrounds of Khayelitsha in the Cape Flats, it also serves to be the link between Information and the Youth. It is to empower them not only with information but with the opportunities out there.

It will be a good networking space for the attendees, as there will be different Young community shapers and different representatives from different stakeholders in business (Entrepreneurs) and government including motivational speakers, career coaches and life coaches on the venue. The Expo will be a 1 Day informative event.

In the space we will also have a team of young leaders (Change Drivers) from the programme called Activate!, where they will be sharing their knowledge and skills they acquired during the training  provided by Activate to create Active Citizens around communities all over South Africa.

The Expo will seek to work with youth from the age of 15-25, from school pupils to school dropouts and the aim is to motivate and inspire them to make good decisions from that moment going forward.
