Literature Exchange: A literature exchange of culture, language exposition and how young people can progressively tell their stories in their mother tongues.
The concept will amongst others address:
-How history has shaped/tarnished indigenous languages and customs.
-Marginalisation of Black thought and indigenous knowledge systems in South Africa.
-How the ACTIVATE! Network is responding progressively to address the challenge.
-Lucrative ways on how to mobilise young people to rally behind the plight to preserve different languages and diverse cultures synonymous to South Africa.
-How the education system has contributed towards the perpetuation of marginalisation of culture and indigenous languages in South Africa.
