- Fumayo is a 2013 Activator who is also part of Activate CDCC, Activate Education and of Ezamazwe Education Centre for innovation.
- Fumayo currently works at Seshego Treatment Center (a rehabilitation Centre) and as Ward Counsellor of Lenyenye Township in Greater Tzaneen Municipality.
- Fumayo also serves in MPAC, the Municipality of Limpopo. And is a board member of Lenyenye Primary School and Dr Mamphele Ramphela Crèche. (65)
